Linux
: OpenOffice 1.1.1 is out. Here is the short installation procedure for the German version:
download OpenOffice 1.1.1
Unpack it to a temprory directory:
tar -xzvf OOo_1.1.1_LinuxIntel_install_de.tar.gz
Start ./setup -net (as root) and install to /opt/OpenOffice1.1.1
As normal user, login and call /opt/OpenOffice1.1.1/setup, choose workstation installation
Install German dictionary using
DicOOo.sxw
Install fonts with
FontOOo.sxw
