- Zaurus: Trisoft has now on his server a RealMedia version of the recording of the NBC giga show in which SL-C750 has been presented (see below).
- Linux: Linux/KDE usability report (german). I mostly agree what is written in it. Many good tips for KDE developpers how they can improve the desktop. The conclusion of the report is that KDE is not far from Windows XP usability.
- Java: Tomcat 4.1.27 released.
- Linux: SUN and Suse entered into a global alliance: SUN will install SuSE Enterprise Server 8 on it's x86 hardware, SuSE will dsitribute the JVM with all his products.
- Linux: NetBeans 3.5.1 is out. Download it here and read what's new. As Charles wrote it is supposed to be much faster, my download is still running ...
- Software: POPFile is an automatic mail classification tool written in pearl. It implements bayesian spam filtering and general content based classification. Outclass is an Outlook client for POPFile
